How long are the warranties?

What is a reverse-osmosis (RO) filter?
Reverse-osmosis systems (RO, «فلتر آر أو» in local usage) use multiple purification stages including a membrane, and are typically used to produce treated drinking water at the kitchen.
What's the difference between an RO filter and an ordinary filter?
Ordinary filters capture sediment and improve taste and odor through filter media, while an RO system adds a membrane stage. Ordinary filtration is a foundational step; RO is a deeper stage aimed at drinking water.
What is a water softener?
A water softener — «سوفتنر» in local usage — treats hard water and limescale when correctly specified for your home, helping protect pipes and heaters.
When do I need a water softener?
If you notice limescale on taps and heaters, or that soap doesn't lather easily, it may be worth testing your water hardness. Testing determines the actual need and the right size.
How many stages does a water filter need? Is a seven-stage filter right for a home?
Stage counts differ between systems, and multi-stage models — including seven-stage — are available. The right number depends on your water quality and needs; we recommend it after an assessment.
When should filter cartridges be replaced?
Replacement intervals depend on usage, water quality, and the filter system, so there's no single schedule that fits everyone. We explain the right schedule for your system as part of maintenance.
What is central filtration, and how does it differ from a drinking-water filter?
A central filter («سنترال فلتر») treats the water entering the whole home to serve every tap, while a drinking-water filter treats a single point of use, usually the kitchen. Many homes combine both.
